Job Title: Warehouse Worker (Driver Assistant)

Job Description

The Driver Assistant will support daily delivery operations by helping load the truck each morning, riding along with the driver, and assisting with 60–65 delivery stops per day. This role involves unloading and delivering products to designated areas, taking initiative during each stop, and working closely with the driver to maintain an efficient delivery pace. Candidates must be reliable, able to lift and move packages throughout the shift, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading the truck each morning.
• Accompany the driver on delivery routes.
• Help with 60–65 delivery stops per day.
• Unload and deliver products to designated areas.
• Take initiative during each stop to ensure efficiency.
• Work closely with the driver to maintain a steady delivery pace.

• 0-1+ years of warehouse/manufacturing experience

Work Environment

Candidates will be working in a distribution warehouse and on the road making deliveries. Conditions can be colder in the winters. The facility stores various types of office products. The workweek runs from Tuesday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime.

This is a Contract position based out of Cheektowaga, NY.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
