The team operates with electronic medical records and a coordinated technician and client-service structure to keep doctors supported and schedules smooth. The Role - Provide medical leadership, set clinical standards, and champion AAHA-aligned, Fear Free patient care
- Perform general practice and dental procedures, including routine soft-tissue surgeries
- Oversee case management and collaborate on protocols, workflow, and quality improvement
- Mentor veterinarians and support team members; foster a positive, learning-focused culture
- Balance appointment and surgery days; patient mix includes wellness, illness, and routine surgical cases
- Weekday schedule with no late evenings, rotating Saturdays, and Sundays closed
- Participate in community engagement and client education initiatives
Requirements - DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice (or eligibility for licensure) in Minnesota
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical judgment, collaborative communication style, and commitment to high standards of care
- Leadership experience preferred; motivated new graduates with an interest in leadership are welcome to apply
