As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the drive-through experience. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of food quality and service, while driving revenue growth and fostering a positive workplace culture. We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage and train staff to deliver outstanding customer service
• Monitor drive-through performance and implement strategies for improvement
• Maintain inventory and supply chain management
• Collaborate with marketing to promote drive-through offerings
• Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures

• Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus
• Entry-level experience in restaurant management or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Basic financial acumen and understanding of profit and loss statements
