Registered Nurse (RN ) Dialysis

Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. Fort Worth, TX 76104

Work hours : Full Time 3P-3A with Rotating weekends/holidays and 1 Call Shift per Six Week Schedule.

Here’s What You Need

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
• 1 year experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program
• 2+ years experience as a registered nurse in dialysis preferred
• RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire required
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
• CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention within 90 days required
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days required
