Our Fortune 100 client is looking for a Planview Application Specialist to work with the PMO, vendor, and project team members to build and configure Planview ProjectPlace, a Strategic Project Management Solution. The candidate willl be responsible for providing system design recommendations and approaches along with administration and configuration of the application.

In this role, you ll provide system design recommendations, migration support, and onboarding support along with administrating and configuring the application. Collaboration with the ERPMO, IT Platforms, Business PMOs on processes, standards, and global configurations will be essential.

This is a fully remote position but candidates must live and work within the 48 contiguous states and work during core business hours of Eastern Time Zone. Our client is an industry leader with a large, cutting edge IT shop and great work culture.

• Experience using and configuring Planview ProjectPlace and knowledge of other Planview solutions (Portfolios and AgilePlace)
• Experience designing, configuring and supporting complex applications.
• In-depth knowledge of IT technologies, software applications and adjacent systems and data exchanges.
• Knowledge of two or more IT Systems and/or software applications.
• Analysis and problem solving skills with the ability to analyze data from various sources to determine next steps.
• Ability to conduct training and open office hours sessions on Planview ProjetPlace use for users while thinking fast and adapting to their needs in real-time.
• Experience importing from SmartSheets, Excel, and MS Project into ProjectPlace
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to translate technical information into understandable terms to a variety of audiences.

• Experience designing, configuring and supporting applications
• Knowledge of Project Management practices and / or systems
• Knowledge of two or more IT Systems and/or software applications
