Abatem Exterminating Co., LLC is looking for someone to assist in the everyday aspects of running their office. Must be able to handle working in a faced paced, yet casual, pest control office located in Brattleboro, VT. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the office manager as needed
- Answering multi-line phone system
- Taking messages/notes
- Scheduling appointments
- Other general office tasks
Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task in a busy and sometimes stressful environment.
