NOW HIRING: Industrial Maintenance Technicians (Direct Hire)

  Loveland, CO

  Pay: $35.50/hour

  Schedule:  24/7 operation | Open availability required (days, nights, weekends & holidays)

This is your chance to get in at the ground level of a  brand‑new, next‑generation manufacturing and logistics facility . We’re looking for skilled  Industrial Maintenance Technicians  who thrive in advanced, automated environments and want to make a real impact from day one.

You’ll support high‑speed conveyors, robotics, and automated packaging systems in a true 24/7 production operation . Your expertise will directly influence equipment reliability, safety, and overall performance in a rapidly scaling facility.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair  robotic, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated conveyor systems
• Perform  preventive and corrective maintenance  to ensure maximum uptime and reliability
• Install, optimize, and support  automated packaging and material‑handling equipment (MHE)
• Provide hands‑on technical support during live operations
• Mentor and support junior maintenance technicians
• Maintain consistency and performance in a  high‑demand, 24/7 production environment

What You Need to Bring (Day‑One Ready)

• 2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
• 2+ years working with MHE, automated conveyors, robotics, or industrial automation
• High School Diploma or GED
• Open availability required  (rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays)

Highly Preferred Experience

• Experience using  CMMS
• Strong  preventive maintenance
• In‑depth knowledge of  conveyor and automation systems
• Solid  electrical and mechanical troubleshooting  skills
• Working knowledge of  controls, safety standards, and risk‑mitigation practices

• Ability to  stand and walk up to 12‑hour shifts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
