How you´ll help us:

As an Order Management Specialist, you will

• Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail related to EU orders
• Handle orders by phone, email, or mail and check the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers
• Create and process orders in respective ERP system, process requests for rush orders, and review pending orders and customer requests
• Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
• Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting, and proofreading correspondence
• Liaise with BU International as well as, sales and logistics departments to ensure orders are processed effectively
• Actively collaborate with Solplanet International. (Corporate in China)
• Perform other support for order fulfillment, including providing suggestion to improve platform and system, reworking software, or labels of products

Your background and skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics or international trade related major
• At least 2 years of working experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or sales support role.
• Previous experience in the PV inverter industry is preferred, but not a necessity.
• Fluent in German and business fluent in English. A third language is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Quick learner with a desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry
