As a key member of our healthcare team, you’ll help coordinate patient flow, communicate with patients, keep the clinic organized, and ensure our team has the support and resources needed to provide excellent care. In This Role, You Will

• Support daily clinic operations and ensure patients are cared for efficiently
  
• Answer phones, respond to messages, and greet patients with professionalism and compassion
  
• Assist with clinic organization, scheduling, and communication
  
• Help train and onboard new staff members
  
• Keep medical supplies and equipment stocked and organized
  
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional clinic environment
  
• Work closely with the healthcare team to support quality care and operational excellence
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare support role
  
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
