Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Development - Supports the creation and implementation of long-term business and marketing strategies to drive sustainable growth.
- Synthesizes data and business intuition to identify and innovate business-building solutions.
- Conducts analytical tasks and data synthesis to guide leadership in strategic decision-making.
Insights, Analytics & Branding - Collaborates with analytics experts to forecast market trends and competitor behavior.
- Assists in defining target audiences and leveraging data-driven insights to evaluate market sufficiency.
- Ensures a consistent "brand experience" across all stakeholders while adhering to legal and compliance standards.
Project Coordination & Execution - Coordinates marketing campaigns and communications from initial planning through execution.
- Prioritizes, forecasts, and schedules resources while monitoring budgets and timelines.
- M aintains up-to-date project data, providing regular status reports and measuring performance against metrics.
Communications & Capability Building - Assists in the development, testing, and evaluation of multi-channel communication plans.
- Helps internal teams understand the role of marketing in driving business results.
- Contributes to a learning culture by enhancing personal capabilities and assisting in the development of the broader organization.
