Maintenance Tech Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $27.00 to $34.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Thursday )

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair CNC and automated production equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical issues
• Install, modify, and improve machinery to support production efficiency
• Use hand tools and blueprints to identify and resolve equipment breakdowns
• Work with advanced equipment like plasma tables, drill lines, and robotic welders; PLC knowledge a plus
• Provide your feedback on BizChat

Maintenance Tech Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC or automated manufacturing equipment
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools for diagnostics and repairs
• Basic PLC knowledge preferred; strong safety awareness and reliable attendance required
