Loan Officer Assistant (Florida) – Keep Loans Moving Smoothly From Day One

Are you the kind of person who loves being the reason things go right? As a  Loan Officer Assistant (Florida) , you’ll play a key role in the front end of the loan process—leading intake, reviewing and organizing documents, running AUS, and helping set files up for strong pre-approvals and smooth movement once clients go under contract.

In This Role, You’ll:

• Own the front-end loan workflow  from intake through application and document analysis
• Lead intake and application support , including:
  • Document analysis
  • Cross-referencing documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Build and structure loan files  so they’re organized and ready for the next step
• Run AUS  and help with pre-approval preparation
• Support active files when clients go under contract  to keep things accurate and on track
• Coordinate contacts  as needed to keep files progressing
• Use  LendingPad  and  Salesforce  to manage your work

What You’ll Bring

• Experience supporting  loan processing/front-end  work (preferred based on needs)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Comfort reviewing documents and cross-checking information

Work Location

• Best fit:  In-office – Boca Raton, Florida
• Remote may be considered  for the right candidate
