Licensed Esthetician / Wax Specialist

Typical total compensation

After training: $23-$25+ per hour

After 4-6 months: $25-$33+ per hour

Approaching 1 year and beyond: $33-$40+ per hour

Total compensation includes hourly pay, tips, commission, and bonus opportunities.

• Currently focused on building your own solo beauty brand or client book
• Not comfortable with sales coaching, goals, or guest education
• Looking for a temporary job instead of a long-term career path
• Unable to commit to consistent attendance, scheduling, and team standards

What you will do

• Perform high-quality body and facial waxing services
• Educate guests on waxing consistency, aftercare, and products
• Recommend Wax Passes and home-care products when appropriate
• Create a positive, confident guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
• Work toward individual and center goals as part of a team

Schedule

• Weekday morning shift: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Weekday evening shift: 2:30 PM - 9:00 PM
• Weekend shift: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• One Weekend shift is required.

Requirements

• Active Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license required
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills required
• Sales, customer service, or beauty industry experience is helpful
• Waxing experience is welcome, but not required — we provide paid training
