Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of high-performing digital marketing campaigns that help our clients stand out and drive real results.

• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to uncover insights and provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.

• Optimize digital campaigns and marketing funnels , using an analytical mindset to identify areas for growth and performance lift.

• Leverage AI and automation tools to boost efficiency across day-to-day performance marketing operations.

• Craft compelling ad copy that reflects our clients’ brand voice and resonates with the target audience, working closely with our copywriting and creative teams.

• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Review and maintain website content , ensuring accuracy, clarity, and a seamless user experience across campaigns and pages.

• Participate in team brainstorming sessions , contributing creative ideas and marketing strategies in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• Stay ahead of industry trends , using training and development resources to continually sharpen your skills in performance marketing.

Requirements

Educational Background

• A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Engineering, Software Development, Data Analysis, Marketing, or similar.
• A strong interest in both technology and marketing, especially at their intersection.

Mindset & Motivation

• Curiosity about how marketing works and a passion for problem-solving.
• A natural affinity for numbers — you feel “at home” in spreadsheets and always want to know what’s behind the stats.
• Eagerness to learn through hands-on experience, guided by senior professionals.
• Self-driven and structured in your approach to challenges, with an ability to work independently when needed.

Skills & Knowledge

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; you're a good communicator and an even better collaborator.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Basic familiarity with different operating systems and general tech-savviness.

• Interest in digital marketing, online advertising, social media, and content marketing.

• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English. (Additional languages are a plus.)

• Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a bonus.

• Prior exposure to marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Analytics is a strong plus, but not a must. Full training will be provided.
