Job Description

Salary: $121,116 - 151,395 per year Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is essential
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related discipline is preferred
• At least eight (8) years of experience in Information Cyber Security Management, IT Threat/Risk Management, Information Security Operations, or relevant fields
• Minimum of two (2) years in a managerial or leadership position with direct reports
• CISSP Certification and other security-related certifications are advantageous
• Proficient in managing security infrastructure including firewalls, IPSs, WAFs, endpoint protection, SIEM, and log management technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, planning, and analytical skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Oversee monitoring of systems for cybersecurity weaknesses, threats, and incidents, and manage incident response planning, as well as lead vulnerability audits and investigations
• Direct the daily operations of assigned staff, fostering the development and retention of a high-performing security team that responds effectively to incidents and meets stakeholder needs
• Ensure team policies and procedures are consistently understood and applied by all members, clients, and stakeholders
• Develop or enhance operational procedures for better outcomes and lead initiatives for sustainable improvements
• Set goals for the team and implement strategic initiatives as outlined by senior management while ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
• Respond to security audits and handle any issues related to network or system breaches; maintain detailed documentation of all security assessments to refine processes
• Supervise Security Operations projects and the integration of new security tools into the existing system
• Evaluate the performance of security vendors to confirm that their solutions meet our operational benchmarks; collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to support security initiatives and requirements
