Industrial Maintenance Technician (Electrical / Mechanical) – Paris, KY

Pay: $29.83–$38.00/hr + $1/hr shift differential on 2nd & 3rd

What you’ll do (day-to-day)

You’ll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Typical work includes:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical + mechanical breakdowns across production equipment
• Preventive maintenance (PMs), inspections, and work orders to reduce downtime
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems (cylinders, valves, leaks, performance issues)
• Work with PLC-driven equipment (site commonly uses Mitsubishi)
• Electrical troubleshooting including motor controls and 120V–480V work (as applicable to role)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paris, KY.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Paris,KY.

This position is anticipated to close on May 18, 2026.
