Job Description

Position: Immigration Paralegal

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (In-Office Position)

We are seeking a paralegal to join the Immigration Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of previous experience working as a business and/or asylum immigration paralegal in a law firm.

Candidates preferred to have experience with employment-based matters, including H-1B, O-1, TN, and E visas; PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa petitions, including EB-1, EB2 and EB-3.

Candidates should be a strong writer, have excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize their work-load in a high volume, fast-paced environment, can meet deadlines, as well as be detail-oriented and a motivated self-starter.
