Team, leadership, and daily impact The Occupational Therapist – Rehabilitation Services will report to a Rehabilitation Services Manager and collaborate closely with friendly nurses, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, case managers, social workers, and physicians in a diverse, inclusive care team. The Occupational Therapist – Rehabilitation Services will complete comprehensive evaluations, craft individualized treatment plans, deliver ADL/IADL retraining, upper-extremity and cognitive rehabilitation, patient and family education, and safe discharge planning across acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient services—supported by mentorship, streamlined documentation, and strong interdisciplinary workflows.
