Hard Tile Installer or Apprentice (Tile Setters & Finishers)

Location: Hamilton, OH | Travel Required: Tri-State Area (OH, KY, IN)

We are actively hiring experienced tile installers and motivated apprentices who want to work hard, learn, and be part of something great.

What You’ll Do:

• Install all types of tile flooring and wall finishes (porcelain, mosaic, stone, etc.)
• Prepare job sites by leveling subfloors, removing old material, and ensuring clean workspaces
• Apply setting materials such as thin-set and mortar
• Measure, cut, and place tile with accuracy and attention to detail
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Use power tools (wet saws, miter saws, grinders, etc.) safely and effectively
• Follow safety protocols and help promote a safe work environment
• Communicate clearly with foremen, coworkers, and clients
• Perform high-quality work that meets company standards and exceeds expectations

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of tile installation experience preferred.
• Motivated entry-level applicants with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends
• Clear communication, time management, and attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay range: $18.00 to $35.00 per hour , based on experience and skill level
