This role works as part of a production team to fabricate and assemble quality electronic equipment in a dynamic, state-of-the-art manufacturing environment. You will rotate between different work areas, handle small parts, follow written work instructions, and use computers to support consistent, high-quality output across assembly, SMT support, and material movement activities.
Responsibilities
You will work in a modern, state-of-the-art facility designed with employees in mind, featuring a full kitchen, game area with pool and ping pong tables, a TV lounge, and a small library to support relaxation and connection during breaks. The organization emphasizes an employee-focused culture, actively seeking feedback from team members to continuously improve the workplace and operations. There is a clear path for contingent workers to be considered for conversion to full-time employment, with regular monthly conversion opportunities based on performance, skills, attendance, work attitude, and teamwork. Upon conversion to full-time status, employees are eligible for a base wage increase, reflecting the value placed on long-term contributors and their development.
Work Environment
The role is based in a state-of-the-art electronics manufacturing facility with brand-new workstations and a highly organized production flow. The layout resembles a football field, starting at one end with raw materials, followed by SMT and AOI machines, then the assembly and hand add area, and ending in the packaging and shipping department. This position primarily works in the assembly and hand add area, where you will handle small components and use hand tools at clean, organized stations. The environment involves a mix of sitting and standing depending on the area: assembly work is mostly seated, while SMT support and material movement require frequent standing, walking, pushing carts, and counting parts. The facility emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and safety, with structured processes, modern equipment, and a collaborative team atmosphere. Dress expectations align with a typical electronics manufacturing environment, prioritizing safety, cleanliness, and practicality for working around machinery and electronic components.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.55/hr.
