In enterprise performance management at PwC, you will focus on helping clients improve their financial performance and decision-making processes. You will analyse financial data, develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and design and implement performance management frameworks. You will be responsible for providing guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to drive operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

As part of the Finance Consulting team, you will leverage data with intelligent analytics to deliver impactful solutions for clients. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills in data science, predictive analytics, and finance technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality outcomes. What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Operations Management/Research, Engineering, Business Analytics, or Information Technology
• At least 1-3 years of Advisory client-facing consulting experience

What Sets You Apart

• Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
• Possessing experience having served in a Data Science, Data Analytics, CFO or Finance and Accounting Consulting role
• Demonstrating knowledge in finance process analytics
• Assisting in end-to-end analytics and AI solution delivery
• Utilizing data and analytics toolsets including SQL and Python
• Applying predictive analytics and machine learning approaches
• Translating complex business questions into structured analyzes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for quality outcomes
• Developing fluency in leading AI tools and finance technologies
• Documenting code and solution architectures for scalability

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
