Job Description
Our client, a leading entertainment company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to two Vice Presidents of Publicity, serving as a trusted partner in managing day-to-day priorities and operations. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle coordinating complex calendars across multiple time zones.
- Assignment type: Contracted for 12 months, possibility to extend
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm Onsite, Friday Remote, flexible to work overtime
- Pay rate: $33.65/hour
Responsibilities:Executive Support- Complex calendar management across multiple time zones
- Scheduling meetings
- Managing competing priorities
- Expense reports
- Administrative support for both executives
Publicity Support- Monitoring media coverage
- Tracking news and publicity clips
- Researching coverage related to television programming
- Supporting publicity activities and projects
- Assisting with team-related tasks beyond traditional EA duties
Must-Have Qualifications- Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders
- Strong calendar management experience with complex scheduling
- Expense management and administrative support experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency with Outlook Calendar and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing schedules
- Professional communication skills and executive presence
- Flexibility to support occasional overtime, events, and changing priorities
Highly Preferred Qualifications- Entertainment industry experience
- Publicity, PR, communications, or media experience
- Television, streaming, studio, network, or film industry exposure
- Experience supporting more than one executive simultaneously
- Talent agency, management company, publicity agency, or studio background
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and executives

- Bachelor's degree (Master's in PR/Communications is a bonus)
