Position Overview
Impactia Corp is seeking a highly organized and proactive Entry-Level Personal Assistant to support daily administrative and scheduling needs for management. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for leadership
* Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics
* Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence
* Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
* Run occasional business-related errands as needed
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
