Job Description

Salary: $62,400 - 72,800 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred, not mandatory
• At least three years of experience in IT Support or Desktop Engineering
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

• Oversee endpoint lifecycle processes such as imaging, provisioning, configuration, and decommissioning of Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune and SCCM / MECM
• Deliver Tier 2 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, video conferencing tools, and corporate applications
• Manage and support Apple iOS devices through Intune and Jamf, including enrollment and policy enforcement
• Execute, monitor, and rectify monthly patching for Windows and macOS endpoints to uphold compliance and security standards
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 services, ensuring effective device integration with Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and identity management
• Conduct all aspects of in-person, on-site, and remote support for end-users
• Carry out assigned project tasks related to desktop engineering and end-user computing initiatives
• Create, edit, and maintain knowledge articles and documentation for the Service Desk
• Assist in incident management, conduct root cause analyses, and resolve recurring desktop and endpoint issues
• Install, configure, and deploy new hardware, peripherals, and software updates
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service management teams to enhance endpoint reliability and user experience
