Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Handle day‑to‑day accounting tasks and ensure financial records are accurate.
• Prepare and review financial statements on a regular schedule.
• Oversee inventory tracking and work with production teams to keep counts and costs accurate.
• Manage chargebacks, investigate discrepancies, and help resolve retailer‑related issues.
• Oversee all types of insurance policies, including renewals, coverage needs, and claim support.
• Supervise accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and follow‑up with customers.
• Help improve financial processes and keep internal controls strong.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Deputy CFO should have:

• Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree preferred.
• Experience within a consumer goods environment, ideally with experience in fashion or apparel
• Strong financial and accounting skills, including familiarity with reconciliations, basic reporting, and day‑to‑day accounting tasks
• Experience with accounting or ERP software
• People management experience
• A hands-on leadership style

What's on Offer

Compensation:

• $180,000-$260,000
• Bonus
