MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF DAMAGE MITIGATION / RESTORATION EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a Restoration company in Irvine, CA. 

Schedule:   Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm

Requirements of the Construction Project Manager:

• 3+ years in reconstruction or insurance restoration project management.
• Proficiency in Xactimate , MICA, and Encircle (or similar software)
• Solid understanding of structural repairs, building codes, and insurance estimating. 
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem- solving skills. 

Prior experience in roles such as Water Mitigation Project Manager, Water Damage Response Team Leader, Structural Drying Technician, Field Supervisor – Water Mitigation, Water Damage Estimator, Drying Services Supervisor, or Project Coordinator – Mitigation Services is a big plus!

Responsibilities o f the Water Damage Mitigation Project Manager :

• Prepare detailed Xactimate estimates for residential and commercial reconstruction projects.
• Oversee all phases of reconstruction from job assignment through final sign-off.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field technicians.
• Maintain communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
• Conduct site inspections, progress reports, and quality control walkthroughs.
• Track budgets, cost controls, and change orders.
• Meet cycle-time and margin goals while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Generate job documentation and ensure compliance with carrier/TPA requirements when applicable.
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.
