Key Responsibilities:
Operate a paving machine to lay concrete for various construction projects.
Load and unload materials efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including oiling, greasing, and safety checks.
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation.
Assist with other jobsite tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience operating paving equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Positive work ethic and a desire to learn.
Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
