I run Dunn Web Studio and I am looking for self-motivated sales reps to help me close small business website deals. This is 100% commission, no salary, no hourly. But the potential is real: $100 to $500 per closed sale, and you can work from anywhere.
IMPORTANT: This is NOT cold calling. No phones, no scripts, no rejections over the phone. You will be working in Facebook groups and online communities where small business owners are already asking for website help.
HOW IT WORKS:
1\. I give you a full onboarding packet (contractor agreement, services brochure, community group list with 250+ Facebook groups, step by step instructions)
2\. You join 10 to 20 Facebook groups from the list where small business owners hang out
3\. You watch for people posting "I need a website" or "who can build me a website"
4\. You respond helpfully on their post and offer to connect them with Dunn Web Studio
5\. You send them to our website (dunncreativeweb.com)
6\. When they are ready to buy, you connect them with me
7\. I build the site, they pay
8\. You get your commission
WHAT YOU EARN:
- 20% commission on every closed sale
- Websites range from $500 to $2500
- Your earnings per sale: $100 to $500
- Paid via Payoneer, Wise, or bank transfer
- No cap on earnings
WHO I AM LOOKING FOR:
- Fluent English (you will be writing responses in English, real humans read them)
- Self motivated (no one will micromanage you, you work your own hours)
- Willing to commit at least 1 hour per day to monitoring groups and responding
- Good internet connection
- Can respond to buyers naturally, not with copy paste spam templates
- Honest communication (if you cannot work a day, tell me, I am flexible)
WHO I AM NOT LOOKING FOR:
- People who want a salary or hourly rate (this is commission only)
- People who will disappear after 2 days (happens too often, please be real with yourself)
- People who cannot write in fluent English
- People who think this is easy money (it requires work and patience before the first sale)

- Fair and prompt commission payments after I get paid
TIMELINE:
- First sale typically takes 2 to 4 weeks of consistent work
- Reps who stick with it for 1 month usually start closing 1 to 3 sales per month
- Scale from there depending on how much time you put in
