Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Contract Length: 12mo

Pay Rate: $60-$65

• 8+ years of project/program management in large, complex organizations
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and Agile coaching
• Experience in financial services, payments operations, or regulated environments

Plusses:

• Experience with ISO 20022 or regulatory-driven transformation programs
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence and enterprise Agile tools
• Strong knowledge of risk, controls, and governance frameworks

Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. You will lead delivery across highly complex, multi-stream programs within Payments Operations, ensuring alignment with enterprise change management, governance, and regulatory requirements. This role also serves as an Agile coach and transformation leader, driving adoption of Agile methodologies, improving delivery predictability, and enabling scalable execution models across the organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program/project management across critical Payments initiatives
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues
• Oversee defect tracking, resolution, and escalation processes
• Drive Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR) and governance checkpoints
• Ensure compliance with enterprise risk, control, and change management standards
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and communications (SteerCo, leadership forums)
• Maintain visibility into risks and proactively escalate delivery concerns
• Coach teams on Agile principles, roles, and best practices
• Support adoption of Agile delivery frameworks across programs
• Identify and remove impediments to Agile transformation
• Collaborate with product owners, delivery leads, and stakeholders across functions
