Job Description

WILL TRAIN: We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Concrete Driver to operate ready-mix concrete trucks and deliver concrete to commercial and residential job sites. The ideal candidate has strong driving skills, construction site awareness, and a commitment to quality, punctuality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck in compliance with DOT and company regulations.

Deliver concrete to construction sites and assist with accurate placement.

Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Maintain cleanliness of truck, including washouts after deliveries.

Communicate professionally with dispatch, batch plant, and jobsite personnel.

Navigate job sites safely while maintaining awareness of surrounding crews and equipment.

Monitor concrete quality and report any issues immediately.

Maintain accurate delivery tickets and logs.

Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

Valid CDL Class B or A license (air brakes required).

Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and screening.

Previous experience driving ready-mix, dump truck, or heavy equipment preferred.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical jobsite tasks.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, including early mornings, overtime, and occasional weekends.
