Seeking an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager to support high-profile Biotech/Biopharm and Semiconductor projects across the Northeast. Work includes both ground-up construction and complex renovation environments with heavy exposure to FDA-regulated process systems (not traditional HVAC).

### Responsibilities

• Support project managers on day-to-day operations

• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and documentation

• Assist in developing and managing schedules

• Collaborate with field teams and subcontractors

• Help ensure compliance with FDA and industry standards

• Participate in onsite or periodic travel assignments as needed

Skills and Requirements

• Strong computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Procore

• Understanding of construction submittal processes

• Ability to assist with project schedules

• Willingness to travel across the Northeast

(Projects in Maryland, Rhode Island, New York ; typically within 40 min of the Southborough office when local)

• Professional attitude, team orientation, and eagerness to learn - Knowledge of Process Mechanical Systems for BioPharm/Semiconductor

• Materials of construction experience for FDA environments

• Mechanical Engineering degree (ideal for new grads)

• Field experience in construction or facilities
